About the event
What to expect:
- Through somatic movement we will journey through an exquisite selection of tunes, from the most sublime and pure vibrations to the most tribal, each one related with each of the Chakras in the body.
- Using the ancient practice of Yoga, attendees will learn the sequences of yoga to keep the energy flowing.
- With holistic practices like pranayama, Emotional Freedom Technique we will be able to experience and observe the  the emotions that rise up in this practice. Letting the natural process happen we are able to move through it.
- Â We will review what are the powers and what are the techniques to balance each chakra.
- To integrate the reconnection in these vital centers we will close with a sound healing ceremony led by Leela Levari sound and voice healing praticionist.
